Particularly for first time mums buying maternity wear can seem quite daunting, so Definitely Baby and stylist Karen Lewis have joined forces to bring you some expert style tips and advice on what to look for when choosing your maternity clothes and some help in understanding the terminology that comes with it!

The maternity clothes in our range include designs from dutch designers Vida Vita, Pas de Deux of Brussels and London's Arabella B. Our maternity fashions have been carefully chosen to suit to all shapes and sizes (sizes 8-20) and come in a fantastic variety of fabrics from stunning silks, to cool cottons, to cosy cashmeres; many of which can be worn throughout your pregnancy and beyond.
Definitely Baby are also pleased to be able to offer mums to be an alterations service and further information on this can be found in our size guide and on some of the product pages, including maternity trousers.
Within our maternity shop, we of course want you to be able see what you are buying and as several items in our maternity range have a variety of colour choices, if select your colour preference within the product page a swatch will automatically appear so you can check to ensure it's the shade of colour that you're actually after! We would however ask you to allow for slight variations from monitor to monitor!
