Do you deliver outside the UK?
Orders can be placed either online or using the order form at the back of our catalogue for delivery to the following destinations:
United Kingdom, Austria, Belguim, Cyprus, Denmark, Eire, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland, plus the British Forces Post Office (BFPO) for delivery to overseas military installations.
Does my order have to be delivered to my billing address?
No, it doesn't.
If you would like to specify an alternative address for delivery, simply indicate that it will be different from your billing address at the start of the checkout process and complete the appropriate delivery address fields in the final stage.
Note that your delivery address must either be, UK, BFPO, Austria, Belguim, Channel Islands, Cyprus, Denmark, Eire, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden or Switzerland based.
How much do you charge for delivery?
A £3.50 charge is applicable on all orders to UK, Channel Islands and BFPO destinations unless otherwise stated.
For deliveries to Austria, Belguim, Cyprus, Denmark, Eire, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden & Switzerland a £15.00 charge is applicable.
Carriage costs for all other locations are quoted upon ordering (by contacting us directly).
Initially, your basket will be shown without delivery charges applied. However, at the beginning of the checkout process you will be given the opportunity to specify your order's delivery destination. This information will then allow us to calculate the appropriate delivery charge to apply to your order. For example, where Eire is specified, a £15.00 delivery charge will be applied to the order for the next and subsequent stages of the checkout process.
Should to choose to save your contact details using the remember me facility, your subsequent orders with us (made from the same computer) will automatically show the appropriate delivery charge for the order (according to your saved delivery location) from the start.
How long will my order take to reach me?
We aim to process and ship all orders within 36 hours of receipt. Orders destinated for the UK (including the Channel Islands) usually arrive within 4 - 7 working days from the date of despatch, but please allow up to 10 days to avoid disappointment. Deliveries to other locations may take a little longer.
For BFPO orders, delivery timescales will obviously depend heavily on the BFPO service and the final destination of the goods. Once your order has been passed to the British Forces Post Office, we can, unfortunately, no longer have any affect on how long the goods might take to reach you.
For overseas orders (placed by contacting us directly), delivery timescales will be quoted upon application.
Claims for lost outgoing packages can not be made until a minimum of 10 days from despatch have passed, allowing for any delays in the postal system.
All items are subject to availability.
What happens if some or all of my order is out of stock?
Although we always endeavor to keep stock availability as up-to-date as possible on the website, occasionally, an order may be placed in the short interval between stock level updates.
In the unlikely event of this occurring when you place your order with us, we will automatically put the items on back order for you (where supplier stock is available). You will always be notified if this is the case and of course be given the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
The rest of your order will be sent to you and the out of stock item will follow. Your credit/debit card will not be charged for the out of stock item until it has been dispatched to you. We will of course advise you if the delay is likely to be any longer than 28 days.
